At Domani Home, we want you to love your living space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Domani Home account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
